If you want to see more of Captain Jack Harkness, the take a look at Series 3 of Doctor Who. His first apperance in the show is in the episode "Utopia" and then following in the next 3 episodes.
Doctor Who series 3 was in my personal opinion, the best one yet. Following on at Christams 2007 with the episode "The Voyage of the Damned" starring Kylie Minogue. The DVD set features all 14 episodes and comes with many extras. If your a fan of Torchwood, you cant miss up the chance to se Captain Jack together with The Doctor.
